Fundamental guidelines governing the use of Gulaniya Innovations digital platforms and software services.
01 / Acceptance
By accessing the services provided by Gulaniya Innovations Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws of India. If you do not agree, you must cease use of our platforms immediately.
02 / Intellectual Property
All software architectures, codebases, design systems, and digital platform frameworks provided are the proprietary intellectual property of Gulaniya Innovations unless explicitly transferred via a specific Service Order or Master Service Agreement (MSA).
03 / Usage Restrictions
Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering our AI Architect tool, attempting unauthorized access to institutional infrastructure, or using our services for any illegal activities within the jurisdiction of India.
04 / Limitation of Liability
Gulaniya Innovations provides high-performance technical solutions but shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system usage beyond the scope defined in the Master Service Agreement.
