Refund Policy
Institutional guidelines regarding service cancellations, milestones, and financial adjustments.
01 / Service Nature
Due to the customized nature of software development, computer programming, and technical consultancy, refunds are governed by the specific delivery milestones achieved as defined in the Service Order.
02 / Cancellation
Clients may initiate cancellation of recurring maintenance or subscription services by providing a written notice of at least 30 days. Payments made for work already commenced or completed are non-refundable.
03 / Refund Process
In cases where a refund is approved by Gulaniya Innovations management, the amount will be credited back to the original payment source within 7-10 working days, subject to banking procedures.
04 / Disputes
Any financial disputes arising from service delivery shall be settled through mutual arbitration or within the jurisdiction of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
