What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website or third-party service stores in a browser. They can support security, remember choices, measure website usage, and provide other functionality. Similar technologies include browser local storage, which stores a value in your browser but is not itself a cookie.
How We Use Cookies
Ordinary browsing of the public website does not currently require Gulaniya Innovations to place a first-party cookie. The website uses browser local storage to remember an analytics consent choice when optional analytics are configured. Cookies may also be used for essential administration security and, with your choice, optional analytics as described below.
Essential Cookies
An essential, HTTP-only session cookie is used when an authorized administrator signs in to the non-public administration area. It supports authentication and security, is not available to client-side scripts, and expires after a limited period. This cookie is not used to profile or advertise to public website visitors.
Preference Storage
When optional analytics are configured, the website displays a privacy-choice banner and stores your “accepted” or “declined” selection under gi-consent in browser local storage. This prevents the banner from repeatedly asking for the same choice on that browser. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Analytics Cookies
Google Analytics is optional and is loaded only when it has been configured for the website and you select “Accept.” When active, Google Analytics may set cookies or use similar technologies to help us understand matters such as visits, page usage, and form-submission events. The site requests IP anonymization in its analytics configuration.
If analytics is not configured or you select “Decline,” the website does not load the Google Analytics scripts through this consent mechanism. Gulaniya Innovations does not currently configure advertising, retargeting, or social-media tracking pixels through the implemented website analytics component.
Third-Party Technologies
If you accept analytics when it is available, Google processes analytics information under its own terms and privacy practices. Separately, hosting and security providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website; this server-side processing does not necessarily involve placing a cookie in your browser.
Managing Cookies and Storage
You can manage or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Clearing site data for this website removes the saved analytics choice, so the banner may appear again when analytics is configured. Blocking or deleting the administrator security cookie will prevent or end administrator sign-in but does not affect ordinary public browsing.
Browser controls vary, so consult your browser’s help documentation for instructions. Declining optional analytics does not prevent you from using the public website.
Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this policy when website technologies, analytics configuration, or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date.
